The real charm of mountain inns
The first "inns" opened on the Vosges mountain tops at the end of the 19th century.
Ever since, the farm and mountain inns have taken you back to the very source of Vosges traditions.
With or without accommodation, they have typical mountain dishes on offer as well as home-made produce, especiallythe traditional "repas marcaire". You begin with vegetable soup, meat pie, followed by smoked pork with "toffailles" 'steamed potatoes) and green salad.
